Thanks for choosing NeoBike! We want to make sure your experience is smooth from checkout to delivery. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, tracking, and order processing.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. It may take up to 48–72 hours for tracking details to become active. If you need help, reach out to us at support@neobike.ca and we’ll gladly assist.

Where We Ship

We ship across Canada only, from warehouses in multiple locations. Based on your address, we’ll ship from the closest warehouse using trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, or Purlorator.

Please note:

  • Some remote regions or postal codes may not be eligible for delivery.

  • If we can’t ship to your address, we’ll contact you by email to offer an alternative address or a full refund.

  • Once you respond, we’ll handle everything within 2 business hours.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Order Processing: Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

  • Dispatch Window: Processing starts once the order is confirmed, and typically takes 24 hours before dispatch.

  • Shipping Time: Usually takes between 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be delayed slightly.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel?

  • You can cancel your order before it’s been dispatched for a full refund.

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Taxes & Customs

In rare cases, local customs may charge additional import fees or taxes. These are not controlled by NeoBike, and customers are responsible for covering any such costs. Please check with your local customs office if unsure.

Missed or Delayed Delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived on time, don’t worry — just contact us at support@neobike.ca and we’ll look into it right away. We aim to resolve any delivery issues within 48 hours.

Returns & Shipping Responsibility

  • If you return an item, return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays or due to carrier delays.
