30-Day Return Policy
If you change your mind, you can return any unused and undamaged product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Just make sure it’s in original condition and packaging.
12-Month Warranty
All of our electric bikes and scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.
Safety Notice
Please note that our electric bikes and scooters are not intended for riders under the age of 16. Minors should always be supervised by an adult and wear proper safety gear while riding.

Warranty Support
We’re here to help if something’s not right.
If any part of your e-bike or scooter arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, we’ll take care of it — as long as the issue wasn’t caused by misuse. Here’s how our warranty support process works:
How to Get Support
Contact our support team and include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and if possible, photos or a short video showing the problem.
One of our team members will get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.
If the product was damaged during shipping, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and include visual proof so we can act quickly.
What We Can Do
Repair:
We’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can send the product back. Once repaired, we’ll ship it back to you. This process can take up to 21 days from the day you report the issue.
Replacement:
Once we receive the original product, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement — typically within 24 hours.
Refund:
Refunds are available if the product has been used for 7 days or less. After that, we’ll offer repair or replacement options only.
Note: Free accessories included in your order are not eligible for replacement or refund if scratched or damaged during shipping.
Warranty Coverage & Conditions
All NeoBike electric bikes and scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues.
However, please keep in mind:
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or changes to your e-bike's settings can void the warranty.
Theft or loss of the product is not covered. We strongly recommend recording your serial number and considering insurance for added protection.
Customer Responsibility for Assembly and Use
At NeoBike, we’re excited to get you riding — but before you hit the road, there are a few important things to know.
Our electric bikes and scooters are shipped about 90% pre-assembled. That last 10% of setup is up to you, and it’s a key step to ensure your ride is safe and runs smoothly.
Each product comes with a user manual that includes clear, step-by-step instructions for assembly, adjustments, and maintenance. Please take the time to read it carefully before your first ride.
A Few Important Reminders:
Incorrect assembly can lead to performance issues, safety risks, or product damage.
Parts like the front wheel, handlebars, brakes, and electrical connectors must be installed properly to avoid accidents or malfunctions.
Damage resulting from improper setup, skipped safety checks, or not following the manual is not covered by warranty.
Not sure you can assemble it safely? No problem — we strongly recommend visiting a professional bike or scooter shop to help with the final setup. It’s a small step that can save you a lot of hassle down the line.

NeoBike is not liable for any damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, improper use, or negligence.

One of the following conditions does NOT qualify for warranty:
1)Failure caused by the user’s failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the “Instruction Manual”.
2)Users disassemble, repair and modify themselves, and failures caused by non-compliance with the rules of use.
3)Failure caused by improper use or storage by the user, or accident.
4)The cost of going to other repair shops for repairs without consent.
5)Slight scratches or damage to the outer package box caused by the logistics transportation of the accessories are not warranted.
6)Please contact us and obtain our written approval before sending any item back. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
7)Consumable parts are not warranted , including tires, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brakes rotors,brake pads, brake lines, surface scratches, etc.
